تعليمات وشروط الاشتراك الخاصة بمراكز نادي اورا للرياضة النسائية:

تعد الشروط المبنية ادناه ، إضافة الى أي ادلة إرشادية تصدر عن الشركة من وقت لآخر ، هي الشروط التي تحكم العلاقة بين المشترك
الموقع على هذا العقد وبين الشركة ، كما يجب على المشترك الالتزام بكافة تعلیمات الشركة المكتوبة بهذا العقد وكذلك التعلیمات
الموجودة على اللوحات الداخلیة بالمركز والتعامیم الإداریة التي قد تصدرها الشركة مستقبلًا. كما یقر المشترك بأن أي أدلة إرشادیة
(كالدلیل الریاضي ودلیل الاشتراكات ودلیل الاستخدام وغیرها..) وأي نشرات دوریة تصدر عن الشركة تعد جزءًا لا یتجزأ من هذه الشروط،
وأن المشترك یقبل بها ویلتزم بها دون أي اعتراض. كما یقر المشترك بأنه قد اطلع على كافة الأدلة المرفقة مع هذا الاشتراك المذكور

أدناه، وأنه قبل بها كجزء من هذه الشروط وهذا الاشتراك .

1- رســوم العضوية  

2- يسمح للمشترك حسب عضويته بدخول فرع  

3- تبدأ عضوية المشترك مع أول زيارة للنادي و تنتهي بإنتهاء مدة الاشتراك .

4- سيتم تفعيل الإشتراك مع اول زيارة للنادي أو بالتفعيل التلقائي في مدة اقصاها شهر من تاريخ اصدار الفاتورة.

5- يجب على المشترك تزويد المركز بأي متطلبات يحتاجها لإكمال التسجيل.

6- يجب على المشترك مغادرة المركز مع انتهاء الدوام الرسمي.

7- يلتزم المركز بتوفير يوم واحد فقط مجاني لتجربة النادي قبل الاشتراك.

8- تحتفظ الشركة بحقها في إغلاق أي من مراكزها أو أي من المرافق في أي مركز وذلك دون إشعار مسبق ودون تحمل أیة مسؤولیة ،
ولا یعني إغلاق المركز مؤقتًا أو على الدوام فوات للمنفعة حیث یحق للمشترك التوجه في تلك الحالة إلى الفرع المتاح .

9- یحق للمركز الغاء اشتراك المشترك دون دفع أي تعویض للمشترك إذا تم إستخدام الاشتراك من قبل أي شخص آخر غیر صاحب
الاشتراك.

10- یحق للمركز الغاء اشتراك المشترك دون دفع أي تعویض للمشترك إذا أساء المشترك السلوك أو قام بإزعاج المشتركین .

11- یحق للمركز الغاء اشتراك المشترك دون دفع أي تعویض للمشترك في حال التعدي اللفظي او الجسدي على الموظفات او
المشتركات ويشمل ذلك السب او التجريح او تخريب ممتلكات النادي حيث يقوم المشترك بدفع التعويض المادي في حال ثبوت ذلك .

12- یحق للمركز الغاء اشتراك المشترك دون دفع أي تعویض للمشترك اذا قام المشترك بتقدیم أي خدمة ذات علاقة بالتدریب
الشخصي حیث تقتصر هذه الخدمة فقط على مدربي شركة نادي اورا ضمن خدمة التدریب الشخصي المعروضة في المراكز ويحق للمركز
في تلك الحالة طلب التعويض المادي.

13- للمركز كامل الحق في تحديد أو تغيير أوقات العمل حسب ما يراه مناسباً .

14- في حال اغلاق المركز فإنه سیتم توجیه المشترك إلى أقرب مركز متاح لضمان حق المشترك في الاستفاده من الاشتراك، وفي حالة
عدم إیجاد البدیل فإنه یتم إضافة مدة مساویة للمدة التي تم فیها إغلاق المركز إلى اشتراك المشترك.

15- لا یحق للمشترك المطالبة بالأیام الغیر مستخدمة في حال توفر الخدمة .

16- لا یحق لأي مشترك الاعتراض على عدد المشتركین في المركز.

17- يحق للمركز عدم تجدید اشتراك كل من خالف أحكام وشروط هذا العقد.

18-   Aura Club Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to implement these conditions in part or in whole as a result of any cause beyond its control and without fault or negligence on its part, including but not limited to; acts of God or actions taken by a civil or military authority, laws and regulations in force in the country and its amendments, epidemics and the spread of infectious diseases, wars, fires, explosions, nuclear accidents, accidents of power outages, natural disasters in an unusual way, acts of electronic piracy, and other illegal activities practiced by third parties, or its inability to secure Products or services provided by other persons or transportation facilities, or the actions or negligence on the part of the means of transportation or communications used by public transport companies, and the company is not responsible for the damages resulting from force majeure that lead to a delay in the opening or closing of clubs, or the closure of some of its facilities or the failure to provide some services.

19-   The company shall not be liable if the participant changes the mobile number registered with it in the system, and the participant shall go to the nearest center and update the mobile number when changing it to ensure receiving messages from the company.

20-   The company is entitled to add music to its centers at any time, and no participant has the right to object to the music in our centers.

21-   The company is entitled to close or delay the opening of the club upon official visits, including but not limited to; civil defense, the municipality, or any of the club’s facilities for maintenance matters or for any reason without compensating the participant for the days of closing the facility.

22-   The ages allowed to join the center in all its branches are as follows: The minimum age is (16) years, and if the participant’s age is less than (18) years, then her guardian shall represent her in the participation request.

23-   It is strictly forbidden to smoke or use prohibited substances inside the center.

24-   The participant undertakes not to tamper with the Center's holdings, including devices and screens (TVs - music devices - heaters - air conditioners), if this is proven, the company is entitled to claim compensation for the damage.

25-   It is not allowed to host visitors from abroad except after obtaining the approval of the center. Registration is required when entering the center and being in the area designated for visitors only inside the center.

26-   It is allowed to eat food and drinks in the places designated for them inside the center, and it is not allowed to bring food from outside the center.

27-   A pre-booking shall be made for all services inside the center via the designated website. The participant shall adhere to the specified date and the club does not guarantee compensation to him in the event of non-compliance with the specified date.

28-   Escorts are not allowed to be in the training areas but rather they shall use the designated waiting areas in the children's area.

29-   The participant is obligated to use the gates designated for the children's area in the event that she uses any of the services designated for the children's area.

30-   Participants shall use the entry devices (fingerprint). In case of non-compliance, the company is entitled to prevent the participant from entering.

31-   The participant shall receive an invoice against any amount he pays, and the participant bears responsibility if he does not receive the invoice.

32-   It is strictly forbidden to throw the weights on the ground in the weightlifting hall or to remove them from the hall. The weights and tools shall be returned to their places after using them in the weightlifting hall and the fitness hall, as well as keeping the club’s property. All equipment shall be handled with care and caution, and the participant shall be fully responsible for any damage to any device as a result of misuse.

33-   Photography is prohibited inside the center.

34-   It is not allowed to practice sports activity on sports treadmills for those whose weight is more than 150 kilograms, and this shall be replaced by running around the track or as directed by the responsible coach.

35-   It is strictly forbidden to use all weights without supervision by female coaches.

36-   The company shall not be liable for any injury in the event that health problems are not declared, and in all cases the participant bears sole responsibility for his personal safety.

37-   The participant shall take adequate care of his and others' safety and follow the instructions of the coach during, before, and after performing the exercises. The Company shall not be responsible for any injuries to the participant (God forbid) inside the Club, whether as a result of individual training or in-person training.

38-   Training sessions shall be met and the presence of any participant in the Fitness Center is forbidden after completing the sessions.

39-   Personal luggage lockers are designated for use during the daily visit period, and it is forbidden to use them to keep valuables, and it is forbidden to leave personal belongings after the participants leave, and in all cases the center is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

40-   The instructions for the swimming pool shall be followed and the necessary checks shall be made regarding that. The participants shall also sign the requirements of the swimming pool before use, and it is forbidden to be used without supervision by the center, and it shall not be responsible in the event of non-compliance with that.

41-   The participants shall take a shower before using any of the attachments for swimming, sauna and jacuzzi.

42-   The participants shall adhere to a decent swimming costume.

43-   The doctor shall be consulted before using the spa for pregnant women and those with heart disease or blood pressure. The center is not responsible for not adhering to this.

44-   Participants are prohibited from entering and using the Centre's items after the end of the participation period.

45-   Participants are not entitled to sell or market personal or external products without taking approval from management.

46-   Sports uniforms and sports sneakers shall be adhered to, and clothes that violate public morals are not allowed inside the center.

47-   The amount paid is non-refundable for all contributions at all Aura Club centres.

48-   There are fees for the following products (Swimming classes - Fly Yoga - Spa Section - Personal Training Children's Classes).

49-   The customer has the right to suspend membership once every three months, for a period not less than 25% of his membership term.

50-   Pregnant women or individuals with other medical conditions are entitled to suspend their membership for up tothree months, under the following conditions: Submission of an approved medical report in Saudi Arabia stating that the individual is unable to exercise or attend the gym. Obtaining approval from the club's management. The suspension period will be deducted from the client's available balance first. If there is insufficient balance to cover the required suspension period, the club will add an additional three months of credit, provided that an approved medical report is submitted.

51-   The policy of transferring the participation from one user to another shall be under the conditions set out in clauses

(52), (53) and (54).

52-   The participation is required to be annual in order to be transferred, as well as the remaining period shall be 6 months from the date of signing the contract.

53-   A reason shall be given to transfer the participation from one user to another, and in the event that the participation is transferred to another user, the privileges shall forfeit from the transferred party, including the suspension of the participation, and a fee of 500 riyals shall be paid, not including offers and visits system.

54-   It is not allowed to transfer the participation if the assignee has an active participation.

55-   The guidelines posted throughout the club shall be adhered to and are an integral part of the club rules.

56-   The center is entitled to cancel the participant’s participation without paying any compensation to her if she violates any of the terms of the contract or does not adhere to public morals, the teachings of the Islamic religion, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the internal regulations of the center, or a contract attached to this contract.

57-   All contract clauses are subject to the policy of modification by the center.

58-   The Arabic language is the approved language in the interpretation and implementation of the contract, and in the event of a conflict between the Arabic and English text, the text in the Arabic language shall be the approved one.

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج انت تؤكد أنه لا یوجد لدیك مشاكل قلبیة ولا تعاني من ارتفاع ضغط الدم وأن الطبیب لم یطلب منك عدم
ممارسة النشاط البدني.

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج أنت تؤكد بأنه لم یسبق لك أن شعرت بدوار أو إغماء أو فقدان للاتزان .

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج أنت تؤكد أنه لا یوجد لدیك أي مشاكل أو إصابات في العظام أو المفاصل مثل مشاكل الظهر ومفصل
الفخد والركبة والتي یمكن أن تزداد سوء مع ممارسة النشاط البدني أو عند إحداث تغییر في النشاط الحال .

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج أنت تؤكد أنك لا تعاني من السكري من النوع الأول الذي یتطلب علاج بالأنسولین.

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج أنت تؤكد أنه لا یوجد أي أسباب أخرى تمنعك من التمرین أو زیادة مستوى النشاط البدني .

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج أنت تؤكد أنك لم تجُري أیة عملیة جراحیة خلال الستة أشهر الماضیة .

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج أنت تؤكد أنك لا تعاني من أي مرض جلدي (معدي أو غیر معدي)

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج أنت تؤكد أنك لا تعاني من حروق او تشوهات جلدیة .

• بتوقیعك على هذا النموذج أنت تؤكد أنك قمت بتجربة مجانية ليوم واحد قبل الاشتراك في المركز.

موافقة على ممارسة النشاط البدني:

• أنا الموقع أدناه أوافق بكامل إرادتي على المشاركة في النشاط البدني، وأنا أدرك تمامًا احتمالیة حدوث تغییرات صحیة نتیجة ذلك، وأنا
مسؤول عن مراقبة حالتي البدنیة والصحیة خلال النشاط البدني وعند حدوث أي أعراض غیر طبیعیة وغیر اعتیادیة سوف أتوقف عن
الاستمرار في النشاط البدني وسأقوم بتبلیغ المدرب عنها فورًا و أعفي شركة نادي اورا للرياضة النسائية والمراكز التابعة لها وموظفیها
ومنسوبیها من أیة مطالبات معنویة أو قضائیة أو مالیة عن أي عطل أو ضرر أو مسئولیة، وأي مطالبات لما قد یحدث لي سواء نتیجة
لممارستي للنشاط البدني أو أي سبب آخر.

أوافـق على جميع البنود المذكورة أعلاه و أقــر بأنني قرأت وفهمت جميع البنود وأتعهد بتنفيذها وعلى ذلك أوقع .
